InnerWorth is a sanctuary where all conditions of parents, adult women, teenagers and children are welcomed. It's where you can confidently and safely tell your story.
Along the way, we will sift through the sand and find the pearls within your story that create who you are.
Margaret is an Associate Licensed Counselor in the state of Alabama and a National Board Certified Counselor. Margaret attended Legacy School of Discipleship program in 2017 and received a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University, CACREP accredited school with a portion of her credits from Denver Seminary.Margaret is under the Supervision of Dr. Greg Williams of Crossway Counseling.
Hi there, I am Margaret Byars, founder of InnerWorth Counseling. Our paths have now crossed and I believe it is for a reason.
My desire is to help individuals find their true self and make healthy choices in order to create positive changes in their behavior and relationships. I specialize in anxiety, depression, life transitions, teen & child counseling, identity formation, and parent-child relationships, offering treatments that involve cognitive & dialectical behavioral therapy, and attachment & trauma based interventions.
